What meal plan would help you? A meal plan for weight loss for a big upcoming event, or a health support program for heart health, menopause, bone health, stress & anxiety, PCOS, GLP-1 support plan, or simply a 21-day reset program? Claire wanted a healthy eating plan to lose weight and get into shape for her beach holiday.

Personalised meal plans are tailored to your health goals, your dietary preferences and your lifestyle. After our consultation I will design a 7 day nutrition plan, 14 day or a monthly menu complete with a nutritional breakdown for each recipe, showing the daily kcals and macronutrients, a shopping list and preparation guide all delivered to you via an emailed, full colour PDF booklet.

I can create food labels for market traders or entrepreneurs with new brand products. I can provide labels to include different languages, nutrition panels, allergens, ingredient lists, sale price, barcode, nutrition and health claims, dates of durability to build your brand’s custom layout.

Are you cutting out food groups because you think you are intolerant? This can be detrimental to your health especially if you are not replacing those foods with the vital nutrients that you may be lacking, with an alternative food. A food intolerance test can help to identify whether your body has an adverse reaction to certain foods. One of the most common methods involves a blood test that measures IgG antibodies to specific foods. These antibodies may indicate a sensitivity or intolerance.
Unmanaged food intolerances can trigger a wide range of uncomfortable symptoms, including bloating, stomach pain, gas, headaches, fatigue, and skin issues like rashes or irritation. By identifying and eliminating trigger foods, you can see a significant reduction or complete disappearance of these symptoms. A small blood sample is taken with a simple prick of the finger with a small, sterilised lancet.

This test includes a phlebotomy service

A test designed to assess 39 key health markers, including cholesterol, diabetes, vitamin D and B12 levels, folate, liver function iron deficiency, inflammation, and a full blood count.
