    Who Are We?

    Hi I'm Sarah

      


    I have a complete background in the health and fitness industry. Adding to my personal trainer and fitness coach background, I am a real food nutrition adviser and weight management expert. Based in Hanwell, West London. 


    With today’s excess of obesity, Type 2 diabetes, and unhealthy eating options on every high street, I provide straight-forward, evidence-based advice with an uncomplicated food first approach to get results for my clients.


    I provide my Eat Better UK bespoke programmes, designed to my clients’ individual health needs. Currently working one-to-one with clients, I feel there is a need to reach out to support more people to improve their health and nutrition. 


    I’m pleased to be collaborating with Sarah-Jane from evolution34. We met at The Nutrition Society conference and together have developed our comprehensive 8-week programme offering our shared learnings, knowledge, experience, and expertise to promote the latest evidence-based advice of healthy eating and nutrition to a wider audience.  





    Who Are We?

    Hi I'm Sarah-Jane

      

    My awareness of the importance of what you eat, and the impact it has on your health, began in my early teens when my debilitating pain was diagnosed as irritable bowel syndrome. A nutritionist figured out the cause of my IBS and changed my diet, freeing me from pain, enabling me to enjoy sports and gym classes again. That powerful transformation stayed with me and led me to my mission: to free others from unnecessary food related issues that control their life.


    My aspiration is to support people as they take charge of their health and nutrition. I am particularly pleased that I have helped prevent clients from Type-2 diabetes, and to have reversed/taken into remission others’ condition as my grandmother lost a leg as an undiagnosed diabetic. 


    Based in Derbyshire, I am a qualified Pilates instructor who encourages a complete whole-body health approach to deliver results. I founded evolution34 to address the real food issues that people faced, but didn’t have to, as making only small changes can lead to significant improvements. 

    Developing our Eat Better UK and evolution34 8-week nutrition and weight loss programme with a food first approach, is an instinctive progression.
